• Malfunctioning water-related appliances, fittings, or fixtures leading to significant water wastage

• Blocked or dysfunctional toilet system

• Severe roof leak.

• Gas leak.

• Hazardous electrical faults.

• Flooding or substantial flood damage.

• Major storm or fire damage.

• Failure or disruption of gas, electricity, or water supply to the premises.

• Failure or disruption of essential services such as hot water, cooking, heating, cooling, or laundering.

• Any issue or damage compromising the safety or security of the premises.
